MWare's new vice president of business development

Mware, Inc. recently added Ed DeJesus as their first vice president of business development. He is responsible for sales, marketing, and social media initiatives as well as developing MWare’s strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. DeJesus has extensive technology, business development, M&A, and leadership experience with both multi-nationals and startups. He was most recently President of Sightline Solar, a renewable energy systems integrator, and he was previously CEO and founder of JustZip.com, an online marketing solutions provider. He was also vice president and GM of the design business units for Manufacturer’s Services, a Concord-based global supply chain provider, which had a successful IPO and was later acquired by Celestica.

Dolphins Present $533,106 Check To UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center From DCC Ride

Miami Dolphins CEO Mike Dee and Vice Chairman Jorge Perez presented a check to the universitys Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center for $533,106. The large donation represented all of the funds raised during the first Dolphins Cycling Challenge.

This was the culmination of Dees vision, supported in kind by Perez, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and the over 400 cyclists that rode upwards of 170 miles through Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties on Nov. 21.

Miami Dolphins Selects MWare for Online Event Fundraising Services

MWare and the Miami Dolphins Foundation announced today that the Foundation has selected MWare's Event Control software service to power all aspects on its online event registration, fundraising and communications in relation to the Dolphins Cycling Challenge (DCC), a two-day, 170-mile trans-Florida charity cycling event to benefit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami.

DCC will use MWare’s email marketing, fundraising, event management and team fundraising suite to power and support their efforts to reach, inspire and engage the community to raise money and help tackle cancer, one mile at a time.

5,100 cyclists take off on Pan-Mass Ride.

Over 5,100 cyclists from 34 states and six countries participated in the 31st annual PanMass ride yesterday. The event, which the organizers call "the most successful athletic fund-raiser in the world,’’ kicked off at starting lines in Sturbridge and in Wellesley yesterday morning at 5:15 and 6:30, respectively.
Rider turnouts beat the Pan-Mass goal of 5,200 people, and volunteers surpassed 3,000.

MWare, announced today the launch of its newly designed Web site.

The web site highlights the benefits of using Event Control, outlines the main features and showcases customer success stories.

"Knowing that our Web site is one of our most important connections to the non profit community, we upgraded it to ensure that non profits will be able to find the best and most up-to-date information available about our products and services," said Jeff Matherly, president.

The new MWare website offers visitors a more effective and professional design. The site provides more information on specific features and benefits of Event Control and highlights customer successes.

Joslin Diabetes Center selects MWare's Event Control to power all of its online fundraising, personal fundraising and event management.

One of the the world’s preeminent diabetes research and clinical care organizations, Joslin Diabetes will use MWare's Event Control to reach, communicate, motivate and empower its Constituents to engage and support the organization at a deeper level online.

MWare's hosted solution will replicate the look and feel of the current web site and match the branding and messageing of any specific events or campaigns.
